Stephanie Zeller, JD, RA
For over twenty years, Stephanie Zeller has brought a detail-oriented, intellectual approach to the law.  Ms. Zeller has broad-based litigation experience.  She has represented public entities, large corporations, small businesses, nonprofits, trustees, referees, and individual litigants in federal and state courts.  She has litigated class actions, shareholder derivative suits, and various commercial, tort, and trust cases.  She has managed cases to successful verdict, dispositive ruling, or settlement.

Ms. Zeller has worked in a wide range of industries including financial services, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals, as well as garnered experience in municipality defense, trust litigation, and immigration.  She also represents clients in non-litigation contexts, including pre-litigation counseling, liability evaluation, responding to federal regulators, conducting internal investigations, negotiating with banks, and real estate partitions.

Ms. Zeller recently finished a five-year stint as a staff attorney in the motions unit of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, where she presented recommendations to judges in civil, federal administrative agency, and criminal appeals.  Currently, Ms. Zeller is affiliated with the litigation firm of Law Offices of April M. Strauss and counsels AI software company Vijil, Inc.
